Komado Inc. was founded by Ahmad Komaiha, a Professional Engineer specialising in energy efficiency and building performance, with a foundation in mechanical engineering. He brings extensive practical experience assessing commercial, residential and multi-unit buildings, providing clients with clear, reliable guidance to enhance energy performance, comfort and long-term sustainability.
He holds several industry-recognised certifications, including P.Eng., Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and Energy Advisor (EA) designations for House, Multi-Unit Residential Buildings (MURB), ENERGY STAR New Homes (ESNH), and Net Zero. He is a graduate of Carleton University and has also completed ICA School's home-inspection training, an ASHI-accredited program covering both residential and commercial inspections.
