When you use a form on this site (contact / quote request or a careers application), we collect the information you provide, typically your name, email address, phone number, the details of your enquiry, and, for job applications, any résumé you choose to upload. Our server also records the IP address and browser user-agent of form submissions to help prevent abuse.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide the services you ask about, and (for applications) assess you for employment. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Form submissions are emailed to Komado and stored on our server so we can follow up. Résumés are stored on the server and accessible only to authorised Komado staff.
We don't share your information with third parties except where necessary to deliver a service you've requested (for example, submitting a rebate application on your behalf) or where required by law.
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and professional obligations. Job applications are kept on file for a reasonable period unless you ask us to delete them.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting info@komado.ca.
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function. If analytics or embedded third-party content are added later, this section will be updated to describe them.
